They are also no longer scanning all packages during shipping due to high volume so if you see a note that says: "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" that does not mean that your package has not shipped yet. That is actually the date that your package was shipped from our warehouse. It just has not been scanned yet by USPS during transit due to their high volume. It has definitely been shipped and is on the way to its delivery destination.

To achieve this end, standard delivery orders are shipped primarily through the U.S. Postal System's Priority Mail Service. Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. If your order is being sent to a North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Virginia address it should arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders being shipped to all other states in the Continental U.S. should arrive within 3-10 business days. If you need your order faster, we also offer Next Business Day and 2 Day Delivery via UPS.
For same day shipping on these faster delivery services, online orders must be received on a business day (Mon-Fri) by 8am EST. Orders shipped outside of the contiguous US using these faster delivery services may require an additional charge. DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF THE CORONAVIRUS GLOBALLY, UPS IS EXPERIENCING HIGH VOLUME AND LONGER SHIPPING TIMES. AS A RESULT THEIR SERVICE GUARANTEES HAVE BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED FOR ALL SERVICES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NEXT DAY AND SECOND DAY SHIPPING OPTIONS WILL MOVE YOUR SHIPMENT TO THE FRONT OF THE QUEUE AT JOHNNY T-SHIRT. UPS WILL TRY TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE ON THE ESTIMATED DATE, HOWEVER NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE IS GUARANTEED. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THESE DELAYS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDERS. WHILE WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN, ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE WE CANNOT AFFECT THE DELIVERY TIME.
