It's easy to check the status of your order.
Thank you for supporting our local family business. Several changes have been implemented during this pandemic to help us keep our customers and staff safe. In an effort to flatten the curve we are currently working with a much smaller staff than normal in our call center and shipping department. It may take us a bit longer than usual to fulfill your order, but we are working hard to ship packages within a 1-3 business day time frame. Returns and exchanges are being processed in a 2 week time frame.

They are also no longer scanning all packages during shipping due to high volume so if you see a note that says: "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" that does not mean that your package has not shipped yet. That is actually the date that your package was shipped from our warehouse. It just has not been scanned yet by USPS during transit due to their high volume. It has definitely been shipped and is on the way to its delivery destination.
For orders placed on our website, please enter the Internet Order ID that you were given in your order confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address used when placing the order.
For orders placed over the phone, please enter the Order Number that you were given and the Ship-to Zip code used when placing the order.
Please Note: Order status is only updated the business day after an order has shipped. If you are unable to see the order status here, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check the status ASAP.
Order status information is updated on weekdays by 6pm EST. Holidays are excluded. Information for orders placed on Fridays after 8am EST will not be available until the following Monday after 6pm EST. All other order information should be available within 24-48 hours.
Order status history is kept for a period of two weeks from the ship date.
Order status for drop shipped items is not available.
Currently our system is not able to electronically update the status of orders that have been placed online but have not shipped yet. If you are unable to retrieve your order information, or have further questions, please contact us at email@example.com. Emails will be answered within 2 hours M-F 9am-5pm Eastern time.
