It's easy to check the status of your order.
Thank you for supporting our Alumni-owned local family business. All orders typicaly ship within 1 business day. Returns and exchanges are processed within 1-2 weeks.
For orders placed on our website, please enter the Internet Order ID that you were given in your order confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address used when placing the order.
For orders placed over the phone, please enter the Order Number that you were given and the Ship-to Zip code used when placing the order.
Please Note: Order status is only updated the business day after an order has shipped. If you are unable to see the order status here, please email email@example.com and we will check the status ASAP.
Order status information is updated on weekdays by 6pm EST. Holidays are excluded. Information for orders placed on Fridays after 8am EST will not be available until the following Monday after 6pm EST. All other order information should be available within 24-48 hours.
Order status history is kept for a period of two weeks from the ship date.
Order status for drop shipped items is not available.
Currently our system is not able to electronically update the status of orders that have been placed online but have not shipped yet. If you are unable to retrieve your order information, or have further questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails will be answered within 2 hours M-F 9am-5pm Eastern time.
