Return/Exchange Policy

Items must be in their original condition and cannot be washed or worn to be eligible for return or exchange.

For health reasons, swimsuits and undergarments (including boxer shorts) cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

If an item is damaged or defective please contact our customer service department at 1-800-554-6862 between 9am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the mail, and therefore highly recommend insured US Mail or UPS so that you will have a record of your return.

How To Do A Return/Exchange

Please fill out this Return/Exchange Form and mail your sealed and insured package to the address below. Include this return form and a copy of the invoice or receipt (if available). We do not charge additional shipping on exchanges for standard shipments (oversized and drop shipped items do require a shipping charge on exchanges).

Returns/Exchanges will be processed by Johnny T-shirt within 2 business days. It may take your bank or credit card company up to 7-10 business days to process the refund to your account. Please include check, money order, or credit card information if the value of the new item(s) is greater than the value of the return.

For your convenience, Phone and Online purchases can also be returned to our retail store in Chapel Hill. Please bring your invoice or receipt for a refund. An invoice or receipt is not necessary for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, just bring it by our retail store. You may also call (800) 554-6862 at least three business days in advance of your visit, so that we can verify the availability of the replacement item and hold the item for you, if available. Our retail store is located at 128 E. Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, NC.
