For your convenience, Catalog and Internet purchases can also be returned to our retail store in Chapel Hill.
Please bring your invoice or receipt for a refund. An invoice or receipt is not necessary for an exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item, just bring it by our retail store. You may also call (800) 554-6862
at least three business days in advance of your visit, so that we can verify the availability of the
replacement item and hold the item for you, if available.
