For orders placed on our website, please enter the Internet Order ID that you were given in your order confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address used when placing the order.
For orders placed over the phone, please enter the Order Number that you were given and the Ship-to Zip code used when placing the order.

Please Note: Order status information is updated on weekdays by 6pm EST. Holidays are excluded.
Information for orders placed on Fridays after 8am EST will not be available until the following
Monday after 6pm EST. All other order information should be available within 24-48 hours.
Order status history is kept for a period of two weeks from the ship date.
Order status for drop shipped items is not available.
