The online ordering procedure is a simple 5-step
process:

the items that you want to place in your "shopping cart". You can view the
contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "View
Cart" button at the
top of the page. Use the links at the left to access various categories of merchandise.
When you are finished selecting items, click on "Check Out". |

Two: Enter Billing Information |

Complete the billing information form. |
| Step
Three: Enter Shipping Information |
| Choose a shipping method and provide
the shipping address (if different from billing address) and a gift message (if applicable). |

Four: Review Your Order and Enter Payment Information |
| Carefully
review the contents of your cart (making changes if necessary). Then enter your payment information.

Five: Place Order |

Verify that your billing, shipping and payment information is correct and then click 'Place Order' button.

Orders paid by money order will ship within 1-2 business days. Check orders will be held for
